Eigentlich ziehe ich Brote mit hohem Vollkorn-Anteil vor aber hin und wieder verlangen Rezepte oder Gäste nach einem hellen, weichen Weissbrot. Bisher hatte ich noch kein derartiges Rezept ausprobiert und kannte Toastbrot bzw. Sandwich Brot nur vom Bäcker oder aus dem Supermarkt. Beim Bio-Bäcker gibt es dies sicher in guter Qualität, aber sicherlich nicht die Varianten aus dem Supermarkt. Basically i prefer bread with increased amount of whole wheat but from time to time recipes or guest ask for light and soft wheat breads. I haven't made any sandwich bread before. Until now i bought it at the organic bakery or supermarket. At bakeries you may get them in organic and good quality but i don't think this is valid for supermarkets.
