For the One Year Anniversary of my bread-blog I write about a very simple but very tasty bread: Huusbrot. The fascination of baking bread is in my opinion as to the fascination of simple, so simple ingredients which can result in such a tasty bread. From my own experience I can confirm, however, that this requires comprehensive technical skills and some experience. Baking bread teaches humility. However, there are few comparable, beautiful moments like the end of a successful baking day and congratulations by family and friends. I will devote myself to continue on breadmaking, if the time permits to do so and to focus increasingly on the simple but good things. I would like to thank all the other bloggers in which I might Recipes "borrowed" but where I also always got inspirational and motivational ideas...
